Services

Traditional tools for modern health

  • I provide acupuncture in a serene and spacious community room where patients relax in comfortable recliner chairs, fostering a shared healing environment that allows me to provide treatments on an affordable sliding scale. This flexible pricing accommodates varying treatment frequencies and individual healthcare budgets. My goal is to make acupuncture accessible and tailored to each person’s needs, whether you’re seeking relief from acute conditions or need ongoing support.

    Cost: $50 Initial visit, $30-50 follow-up visits; acupuncture may also be covered by your insurance plan, in which case you’ll cover your co-pay. (Please note that we’ll need to verify your plan coverage first).

  • As a clinical herbalist trained in the Classical Chinese tradition, I design custom herbal formulas using water-based herbal granules (convenient extracts you dissolve in hot water) to target internal disharmony and effect lasting changes. I can often prepare a formula during your acupuncture visit . Some conditions are treated for just a few days, others benefit from several weeks or months of herbal treatment. If you have a very complex health condition, I may need to schedule a separate 1:1 consultation with you to ensure a detailed, personalized approach (let’s discuss during your next visit). I also offer a curated selection of trusted Chinese topical and internal herbal products to complement your care.

    Cost: $10-25/week for custom formulas depending on ingredients.

  • Cupping is a traditional practice found in cultures throughout the world. In modern practice, I use silicone cups to create a gentle-to-moderate suction over tight muscles, especially useful in releasing the upper back and shoulders or addressing ongoing lung or pelvic congestion. This suction draws blood deep into the tissue, allowing muscle fibers to relax, unknot, and release chronic tension in short, potent 15-45 minute sessions that can break long-standing patterns. Cupping sessions may be paired with a community acupuncture treatment or scheduled on their own.

    Cost: $30/session

What does Acupuncture treat?

Acupuncture is a versatile treatment that is supportive for an enormous variety of conditions, including:

  • Pain: Acute and chronic, affecting any part of the body

  • Bodily Systems: Digestive, respiratory, reproductive, endocrine, immune, uro-genital, neurological, and cardiovascular

  • Stress-Related Issues: Sleep problems, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and addiction

  • Reproductive Health: Menstrual cycles, sexual dysfunction, fertility, and labor support

  • Integrative Care: Support during and recovering from cancer treatment and surgeries, recovery from neurological and cardiovascular events, and support through any intensive medical procedures

Acupuncture Treatments:

All acupuncture services may be covered by insurance, and HSA and FSA cards are also accepted. No referrals are needed, and you are welcome to schedule online anytime:

  • Initial Visit: $50 or insurance co-pay. Your first treatment includes a short consultation to go over your health concerns and discuss a treatment plan. Length: 1 hour.

  • Return visits: $30-50 sliding scale or insurance co-pay. All insurance patients are welcome to continue on the scale should they run out of coverage at any point. Length: 45 min to 1 hour.

Additional Services:

Available to all acupuncture patients (but please note, these are not covered by insurance).

  • Cupping: $30/session. I use silicone cups of varying sizes to treat muscle tension in your back or reduce chronic lung or pelvic congestion. Sessions may last from 15-45 minutes depending on your condition. Cupping can be scheduled by request, either on its own or to be paired with an acupuncture session. You can text/call me at 707-634-4487 to add on or schedule a separate cupping session.

  • Custom Herbal Formulas: Cost varies by formula; typically $10-15/week. For the majority of people, I can prepare your herbs during your acupuncture visit for seamless integration into your care plan. If you have a very complex health scenario, we may need to schedule an additional 1:1 session to fully address your condition with herbs. Let’s discuss at your next acupuncture visit!
